Brazilian music from the 1970s is what you get on this double 7" re-issue from the
bearded guitarist and songwriter Piry Reis. On the first disc you get a 1975 era
single and on the second there are rare cuts from 1970 and 1984. This comes out on
New Dawn which is a subsidiary of Rush Hour recordings and is presented with the
blessing of Reis himself.

musician Edson Natale originally released in 1990. Playfully subverting traditional
forms of Brazilian music by mixing them up with ambient electronics yet maintaining
sturdy pop structures, it features a host of terrific musicians, Rex Ilusivii’s
Mitar Subotić among them.
